Process of Booking a Video Session…
… It’s as easy as 1-2-3!
You choose the right type of lawyer to dot he review. If you are unsure, just call us on 1300 66 46 88 and we’ll guide you.
Verify your identification and set up your credit card or debit card details in your Membership section of the Dashboard. Don’t worry, only an authorisation for the funds will be taken when you book - the actual money isn’t taken until after your session with the lawyer.
When you book a time with that lawyer, be sure to send the lawyer any documents you want them to look at by uploading each one when booking the session and telling the lawyer a bit about your situation in the box provided. This will help them work how long it might take to get your review done, so they don’t book another session straight after yours if they think you may need extra time.
Want to see what information you can find in the Learning Centre first?
You may be able to solve your issue by checking the Guides in the Learning Centre and it won’t cost you a cent. If not, you can always book an advice session after checking out that material.
