Prepare a Document Using Law On Earth
Need to create a legal document? Using the Document Wizard is super easy - just search for the document you need either in the search bar or by scrolling through the documents in your relevant category to the left.

If you’re not sure which document, you have a few option. You may like to check out the Learning Centre for a guide on how to deal with your particular legal situation.
Once you’ve selected the right document, you will then have a screen asking you to pay for the document. If your credit card details are already stored in your Account Settings, you’ll be able to purchase the document straight away.
After you pay for the document, you’ll be taken to a page where we’ll ask you some simple questions and this will allow the system to create the document by slotting in the most appropriate clauses to suit your situation.
Make sure you download the Human Guide and read it before you start answering the questions - the Human Guide explains each clause and how the document essentially works. You might also find some handy tips in the Human Guide and timeframes to expect or costs that you may need to pay to government bodies for certain types of forms. It all depends on the type of document you’re preparing.

Once you’ve prepared your document , you can just use it as is, or your can get a lawyer to check it for you and give you some advice. When you get legal advice on the document, the lawyer can redraft sections of it for you to make sure it works well for your particular situation.
Booking an advisor session is simple, you’ll need to have your identification verified, so just go to your Dashboard and upload your driver’s license or passport. We’ll then check your ID on our end and approve you or let you know what other ID we may need. Once verified, you can go ahead and book the video session. The video session will be recorded and stored on your Dashboard so you can watch it again any time. We take a lot of care with your information and the legal video sessions which are encrypted before being stored on your dashboard. If you’re likely to need several documents or video sessions then we’d recommend you upgrade to the Premium Membership as long as you need it (it’s just a month-to-month membership, so you can cancel any time in your Account Settings before it charges again). This will save you hundreds of dollars. For example, if you’re a startup, you’re probably going to need at least one or two advice sessions and five to six documents to set your business up safely.
